Staining 

Efflorescence is a very common occurrence and is the presence of any soluble salts which comes out through the pores and ultimately causes staining. It can be caused due to several factors including low temperatures as well as moist conditions alongside condensations. 

Early stages of efflorescence are better to be found as it would require minimal effort with a pressure wash and can save you from a lot of headaches. At later stages, only a mason can be of your service as they come with the required chemicals that are needed including, Muriatic acid.

Perpendicular Corner Cracks

While vertical crack might not be a huge problem if it is within +/- 30 degrees, the real problem would be the water seeping in and making your whole structure a fragile one. A mason can easily fix this and give you peace of mind. 

Called within time, a mason can make the necessary repairs and save you up to thousands of dollars. Finding the right mason might be time-consuming, but a reputable mason will solve all your masonry issues.
